Ordering Custom Prints: Order Schedule

Please note that Custom Art Prints require time to produce that is based on 4 Steps as follows:

  • Sending us your artwork and desired custom text (custom text is optional) via email or other method.
  • Creating the stylized artwork and imagery with the text you want on your print.
  • Creating your print on metal, physical preparation of the print, and mounting the print to the frame.
  • Packing and Shipping your order.

Orders can take as little as 21 days to process but based on your schedule and factors beyond our control orders can take longer. Please place your order well in advance of the date you need it to avoid scheduling difficulties. Thank you.

No Cancelations, Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. No exceptions. No cancelations, refunds or exchanges are allowed. Please understand, custom prints are one of a kind artwork that once the artwork is created the work cannot be unmade. If you are unsatisfied with your order then please provide us with a clear description why you are dissatisfied. We will consider alternate remedies or resolutions if you have a justifiable claim.

Registration & Your Account

Upon registration you are responsible for your password and account access and you agree to accept all responsibility for any actions that occur under your account and password. Impersonations of any kind, such as false e-mail addresses or misrepresentation of identity or authorship, will also constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions of Use.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained in our site. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.

Transfer of Risk & Title

Upon the delivery of your purchase from Something Promised to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title for your purchase passes to the carrier.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased from Something Promised are equivalent to voucher credit on products from www.SomethingPromised.com. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and or returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law. A gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to user’s gift certificate account balance. Unused balance will be placed in the user’s gift certificate account. It cannot be transferred to other users. Gift certificates and their use are subject to Something Promised’s general terms and conditions. Something Promised retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names employed by Something Promised are proprietary to Something Promised and are protected by U.S. and international trademark laws. Something Promised is a registered trademark of Something Promised in the United States. Our logos, button icons, scripts, service names, phrases, page headers, and graphics are trademarks or trade dress of Something Promised. Without express written consent, Something Promised’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Something Promised’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers or guests, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Something Promised. The use of meta tags or any other concealed text or search words exploiting the name or trademarks of Something Promised is expressly forbidden. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Something Promised’s intellectual property rights, Something Promised may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
